I've read the bill but there are so many references to other laws that it makes it difficult to make out what the bill is trying to do on a technical level. Pandora has been sending me messages asking me to support this bill -- but does this bill violate the Constitution or act against liberty?

It must if it restricts speech, mustn't it? I'd email back that you need a better description of it, or write Ron Paul's office and ask if he has taken a position on it.

Total Fairness and total equality are ideals as unachievable as blowing your nose with your kidney. Like moths flailing around a light bulb they keep trying to fly to the light.

Banging ones head against a brick wall may some day topple it, but to the utopian the concussion is progress.
