It’s hard to imagine a more inappropriate response to the revolting scene of Gadhafi’s last moments, as captured on video: beaten and bloody, propped up on the hood of a jeep and paraded through the streets of Sirte by screeching rampaging savages, these scenes elicited revulsion even from some pro-rebel Libyans.

Look critically at the moment before the bit you are asking about. The vid has been edited and is deceptively out of context.

She is saying that [there are those who feel] an attack on Iran would only strengthen them.
She does not want that to happen. It is a rebuttal to what Baker is advocating. She opposes him. Her "demonic laughter" is really just awkward/nervous laughter in response to Baker's over-the-top neocon agenda.

By the way, Hillary would not refer to her own administration as a regime....even though that's what it is;)

I was watching recently PM Gillard of Austailia slam the opposition for his anti women comments.

I deplore it when women use these words to offend each other.

Women have to show a tough side in politics, because unfortunately too many men have a mach streak, A local london Newspaper polled people in the street, and men appeared to favour intervention into Syria, and it was because it was a show of force, and that saying no Intervention was a show of weakness.

Or like in Military training, such as one example a reality tv series aired over ten years ago, "Lad's Army, a 1950's national service show, the acting Corporal of the volunteer platoon said to a volunteer saying "sorry was a sign of weakness."
