Not sure if you guys have seen this final version of "For Liberty". I think it's a pretty good ad.

professional voice over says:

There's a revolution brewing in America and million of people are being drawn to its message.

The message is freedom and a call to reign in a runaway government. Our future depends on everyday Americans rising to the challenges as our forefather did and fight now for change... real change.

Today a Thomas Jefferson walks among us and his name is Ron Paul (after this Paul rings bell and yells "For Liberty!"

That's a fantastic ad. It shows the massive support that Ron Paul is gaining. People want to be part of a winning team and I don't think that most Americans realize how large his support is. When they see this they'll know that Ron Paul is on to something.

I've seen it. Very good one. Down to earth and really shows him apart.

I think the original voiceover was better than this "professional" one. Sounds monotone and boring.

Where and when is it running? I'd like the goal oriented details so I can determine where best to donate. I like the Iowa ad with the veteran too.

The music is fruitacular and I'm not a fan of the line "a Thomas Jefferson walks among us". The guy isn't Jesus Christ.

Neither was Thomas Jefferson. I would agree that this would be over the top if the campaign was responsible for the ad. However, since it comes from his supporters, someone new to Ron Paul might ask what there is about this person that his supporters would compare him to Thomas Jefferson and do further research.

Guys this Ad is 10 times betters than the first ad the campaign rolled out. This should be on continueous rotation in NH and Iowa. I think it would work well in Nevada as well.

Excellent. I am most happy to see and note to everyone here that some video I shot was included in there (I had mailed them a tape on request). :)

I love that ad! Especially RP walking with his mob of supporters, RP shouting "For Liberty!" while ringing the bell, and the end lyric, "There's hoooope for Americaaaaa."

I loved it so much that I had to watch it twice before I could post.

I like the ad alot for the existing Republicans particularly. From what I understand, it's just the right style for NH.

Someone should remix the "Hope for America" song, even if it's just to get rid of that cheesy synth sound.

Otherwise, great ad, great placement of the lyrics, great footage.

I think so too. I'm not sure, but I think the footage in the original was different too. I remember liking the original more. Would like to see it once more but can't find the link. Anyone?

I still have the original voice-over track so that could be put back in at any time. I did change a couple shots though. Some new footage came in from the Philly rally and I really wanted to get that in there, to take it more up to date.

Here's the old version before the clip changes.

If anyone wants to air this, or any of our other ads in their local area, PM me or send an email to info@alcpac.com. I can provide high quality versions ready for broadcast.

I have a new one waiting in the wings for the CNN contest, but it can't be made public until after the debate on the 28th. After that it'll be added to the arsenal for airing.

Thanks for all the positive comments by the way :)

I won't argue with you. I've argued that people who take the time to BASH Paul are helping him, simply because they're talking on the air. My point is that if you're going to do a buy for ad time, there's better material out there than this piece, and there is.

I disagree. The campaign's first ad had its faults, but it communicated many things that this one does not. Let's face it, the campaign's first ad had some horrible acting. But that's the only bad thing about it. The ad communicated important talking points, such as the fact that Paul's campaign is growing (to excuse any low poll numbers the viewer may see), that Paul's message is New Hampshire-ish, that you don't have to agree with him on everything, etc.
