Technology is always a two edged sword. Take the bombs off of them and don't use the camera's to spy on people and they are a different animal. Unfortunately government can't resist using technology for evil.

I'm sure they'll be used on the next Amber alert, as if a helicoptor wouldn't have done that, anyway.
