You can order a US flag flown over the US Capitol from your Congressman. Most Congressmen restrict this service to only their constituents.
However, Ron Paul allows anyone to order a flag from his office. You can specify a date for the flag to be flown over the Capitol and you will receive a certificate certifying the flag was flown over the Capitol at the request of Ron Paul.
If you are interested in purchasing a flag, I would encourage you to fill out the form and mail it asap as mail delivered to Congress can take weeks to process.

If you want to specify a date for the flag to be flown, it has to be many weeks out, possibly six weeks.
