I just got Robo polled by some private marketing firm. I didn't catch the name of the firm, and my caller ID started acting up this past weekend. It asked me if I was Registered R, D, or I. Then asked if I planned to vote for R or D in the US Congressional election. It asked if I had a favorable or unfavorable opinion of the R or D candidates. Then it asked if I would be voting for Obama or Romney in the presidential race. When I didn't choose either, it asked me to push 3 for undecided. I'm not undecided. I'm voting 3rd party. The call repeated the question about five times before it disconnected.
If campaigns want to collect good information, they really should allow people to answer the questions. This is the second poll in not too many days to my number. They're definitely keeping a close eye on Iowa.
