I think that it would be nice if there was such a thing. What I'm referring to is, for example, a live weekly show that interviews & showcases defenders of liberty - something that allows the audience to ask the guests or hosts questions via interactive text chat (or call in).

If not, maybe we ought to create one. Creation of such a show would be simple; there are already plenty of convenient online platforms, unless someone wants to create something "homegrown;" but I haven't looked into what kind of resources are needed for that (there might be some advantages to that approach). Here are some links to information on online resources:

I think these versions are audio only, but the benefit for that approach is that it doesn't take up as much bandwidth because there's no video being streamed:

In general, it could be something for discussing topics and issues that are relevant to the libertarian movement. It doesn't necessarily have to be hosted by the same person every time; anyone who's available can host it, and that could be 2 or more people. Perhaps a defender of liberty could host a "solo" podcast if they wanted to. It also doesn't necessarily have to be scheduled weekly or daily, or at a fixed time (such as at 7:30 pm EST). All that's necessary is to announce when the next show will be scheduled a few days ahead of time, and this could be done by announcing in a podcast show (i.e., the prior one), posting it on a special thread on the forum, or if people want the option, they could have an announcement emailed to them. This would make it easier for both hosts and guests who are available to schedule something. If someone who wants to listen to a show misses it or isn't available to listen to it, they can just listen to an archived recording.

Someone in chat told me there are a bunch of podcasts around - but is uncertain of anything quite in the format I'm describing. If anyone knows of or can think of anything, please post here; thanks.

there are podcasts from time to time, Ron Paul Girl does some, Angel does something now, she just had one. I'm not sure if they do this, though, precisely.
