Found the whole article a rather pathetic attempt to drum up some enthusiasm (or more properly put-fear of the opposition). So how is one suppose to decipher when you have a 50/50 shot of a campaign promise coming to fruition? Article attempts to seperate the two candidates as education expansion vs. military expansion. More gov't seems to be the theme...
