Found the whole article a rather pathetic attempt to drum up some enthusiasm (or more properly put-fear of the opposition). So how is one suppose to decipher when you have a 50/50 shot of a campaign promise coming to fruition? Article attempts to seperate the two candidates as education expansion vs. military expansion. More gov't seems to be the theme...

Sad really. We don't get who we vote for, it is a mere illusion. Besides what does it really matter Obama/Romney? They are bother two wings of the same vulture.

Scientifically, that's effectively proof of no relationship between voting and the policies that come out of the government.

Which confirms what we know empirically
