A reasonable person would have went to management and worked something out, if he felt that offended. Maybe they could have thrown him a 2 year "eat free at their establishment" card. But this highly sensitive idot seeing potential dollar signs over some insignificant "chinx" written on his receipt, obtains a lawyer and is most likely suing for close to a million dollars for mental anguish.

There are millions of people with real cases already. We don't need to clog the courts with this bullshit. These people didn't suffer permanent damage as a result of this slur. I have a hard time believing the deserve millions as a result of this. They just as easily have complained to management about the slur and worked out a deal with them. If that didn't work they could always stop going there and had the option of going to the media with the receipt and bash Hooters that way.
