I'd vote for him if he ran as the constitutional conservative/libertarian he was in Congress. If he ran as the moderate/centrist from MSNBC, I probably wouldn't.

How was joe a constitutional conservative/libertarian?

edit-guess I should specify what this means.

Ron Paul and Larry McDonald(If you aren't familiar with him, he was a Ron Paul clone and head of the JBS) are at the absolute end of the list. They are the anchors.

The 3,320 individuals from Congress from 1937-2002 are included. Joe is 3,266, which is great.

Impressive, viril goode was also pretty close to ron on that list. At leas joe did vote for ron in the primary this last time around and his son is a ron paul supporter. I've always like joe, he's critical of our foreign policy and is one of the few talking heads on tv that brings up the fact that we're still in afghanistan for no reason. He seems like a common sense kind of guy. I would say he's better than most but I don't think he's anything to get to excited about.

BTW, thanks for the link. I found it interesting that the 2nd most conservative member next to ron was a democrat. I googled his name and sure enough he was an austrian in favor of sound money, sounded just like ron in a lot of way.

The question is, will the media talk about his dead intern problem like they (and he?) mentioned the newsletters?

Don't forget the "anti-semitic tone" to Ron's rallies.

Only if he's sincere about challenging the idea of empire and would bring about real change.

Didn't he kill his secretary ? These things tend to come up during a campaign...

Then there's nothing to worry about, because Scarborough sold out long ago.
