If you see an investigation of interest listed, you can ask DHS or USDA for
a copy of these items for that investigation case number:

- the Report of Investigation
- the Closing Memo
- the Final Report
And if you want more detail
- the Exhibits

For that closed investigation

Remember this covers FEMA, USCG, TSA, ICE etc.

And what's in these items? Remember that each charge shows up over and over and over again... in different cases.

Public corruption, False claims (not sure if this is lying to your reports or making up a re-reimbursement vouture for money you didn't spend - probably both - there are tons of them), immigration fraud, Smuggling, Unauthorized personal use of DHS computers, Civil rights violations, Off duty arrest - no violence, off duty arrest - violence, False statements, Sexual abuse (rape - Thank god TSA has a license to rape! - otherwise this document would be the size of the Los Angeles telephone directory), Use of unnecessary force, Spousal abuse, Computer misuse - pornography, Personal relationships, Immigration failure, Procurement irregularities, State or local crimes on DHS facilities, Federal crimes on DHS facilities, immigration fraud, Theft of government property, failure to abide by laws, Job performance failure, Bribery, Travel voucher, Misuse of Gvmt credit card, Abuse of Authority, Document forgery, Patriot act violation, Retaliation, Child porn, Use, possession or trafficking in illicit drugs (lots and lots of drugs), Fugitive, absconder, escapee (helping or letting a prisoner escape?), Kickbacks, Theft of government property, Computer crime (hacking?), Mismanagement, firearms discharges (bunch of um), Release of information, sexual harassment, sexual relationships, Failure to honor just debts, and oh - it looks like a few people have died under their watch/"care"... Then there is at least one listed as "unknown" - that one must have been a doosy!!!

It goes on like that for 24 pages w/ one line per case... About 1,200 cases. Interestingly enough, most cases were closed and not prosecuted.

And then the next section lists line by line, funds that were misspent and they want back. Often in the millions of dollars per entry.

Well, gosh! - I can't tell you how much better I feel now that I know the protection of this country is in such capable and professional hands! but at the same time, I feel rather embarrassed. I must have missed the memo where the Federal Government outsourced the "protection"(sic) of our "Homeland"(sic) to the mafia.

Remember this is just ONE YEAR worth of cases! 2011-2012!!! So, since their inception, there have probably been 10,000+ cases like these. That's like 1 case for every 20-23 DHS employees. How many were never caught? How many involved multiple people?

This agency needs to be abolished!
