This is one of my favorite videos, because it doesn't mention Ron Paul but it plays on his themes.

I haven't shown it to anybody yet. But one of the things I say to help convince people is, "Even if you believe in social programs like universal health care, there isn't any money to pay for them! There just is no money left! There isn't even enough money for this war! It's all being funded with debt and that's why the exchange rates are crashing!"

Seems to make a deep impression on people. Frankly, they understand debt and exchange rates a lot more than central banking.
