Berkeley Rally 11/30

The UC Berkeley Students for Paul chapter is planning a rally in Sproul Plaza to demonstrate Northern California's support of Dr. Paul. This location is the birthplace of the free speech movement and the anti-war rallies of the 1960's.

Tentative Speakers include:

* Justin Raimondo from AntiWar.com
* President of the Berkeley College Republicans
* A representative from The Independent Institute
* The Vice Chair, Libertarian Party of San Francisco
* including a number of musical and performance acts.

The date set is Friday, November 30th, Noon-1pm in Sproul Plaza, University of California, in front of Sproul Hall.

The odds are we won't be able to get Ron Paul to come, but we will still make this exciting. People are definitely welcome to come early and help canvas students on campus. Bring your signs and bring yourself!

LOL This is the last place I would ever suspect Ron Paul to have any supporters. I always considered Berkeley to be the collectivism capitol of the USA. Good luck with your ralley.

Haha, thanks! We actually have about half the "Berkeley College Republicans" on board with Ron Paul (including its president), and a decent number of people from other persuasions.
