They need not worry, if the elite want them to win, they will win. I think this is all just part of the show myself, Romney and his lawyers have to look like they are trying to win to make the election seem more legit.

I saw that the IA GOP sued to keep Gary Johnson off the ballot. My understanding is that it isn't the Ron Paul people in IA suing to protect Romney and keep Johnson off the ballot.
