I actually think this is where the lawsuit for fraud and racketeering should go. Name the states, show the ballot access barriers as collusion, directed or not, that makes individuals disenfranchised through having no practical choice but the two parties, and get rid of more than 'trivial' ballot access requirements to get rid of the 'whim' candidate.
