New York Times:

Delegates from Nevada tried to nominate Mr. Paul from the floor, submitting petitions from their own state as well as Minnesota, Maine, Iowa, Oregon, Alaska and the Virgin Islands. That should have done the trick: Rules require signatures from just five states. But the party changed the rules on the spot. Henceforth, delegates must gather petitions from eight states.

Wayne Terhune did a great job reading the speech his daughter Jennifer wrote (just minutes before announcing our vote totals). I had two requests of Wayne; let me stand next to you with my Oath Keepers gear on when you are giving your speech and... somewhere in the speech say "the champion of the constitution". Wayne being an Oath Keeper himself said absolutely. I have taken many photos and quite a few videos during this trip and I will share once I get home (I got a new android phone right before I left for Tampa and haven't figured out how to upload yet - been very busy).
