Just when you think you've seen someone in the media give Ron a fair shake, they turn their back on him. Weak!

I can't link directly to it, find "This Week" on the left, then find the Green Room: My Man Ron Paul Video.

Umm,you linked to the video player, so the video you intended to show has long since been replaced. But if you're talking about George Will's mention of Paul on ABC's This Week, I don't see where you're coming from as it was a good mention.

Yeah, but did you get the part about, were not allowed to talk about non top tier candidates? someone should gather all the news video of censorship and make a Youtube video showing actual clips that prove it.

These monkies know absolutely nothing about what they're talking about. :)

It was some bad coverage ("crazy old uncle at the Thanksgiving table"), but not at all a smear. The only offensive thing he said is that 'Ron Paul supporters don't care about the Federal Reserve... they're just angry.'. Well, we're angry because the federal reserve is not authorized by the constitution and does not produce legal tender according to the US Constitution, so he has no clue what he is talking about.

How were they turning their back on Paul here? They spent half of their internet segment talking about the guy! Sure, there were two lines uttered by the third guy from the right that people found offensive, but this was amidst a far greater amount of positive conversation. "Top tier" candidates are often soundly bashed 75% of the time, but in this segment Paul was praised 75% of the time. And that's GOOD.

That's not the original that aired - "In the Green Room" is just a special web-only followup discussion after taping.

The actual comment that's being discussed in that video is available elsewhere on youtube - you can also find a link to it somewhere on this forum.

He probably considers it a joke because pundits probably rib him for always bringing up Ron Paul, as Will has done numerous times on This Week and in other venues. They likely refer to Paul as "your man Ron Paul" when bringing him up to Will.

Part of the problem on here, every time someone says something positive it’s touted as an endorsement. One positive comment does not mean others will follow.

My 2 cents,
John

"We're not allowed to talk about the minor candidates because they're... minor."

Was that real or a joke? Hehe..
