seriously

There are districts that will never elect a Republican

minorities do not trust government. rural white Dems support the 2nd amendment. most Dems are anti-war.

and if Romney wins the best hope might be a Liberty Dem in 2016

Just for starters: Republicans - initiated in the Constitutional republic idea. Democrats: they're initiated in the failed collectivist philosophy of mob rule (majority, 51% always outways 49%)? The closest we've come is Kucinich, but he's a socialist, so obviously a ridiculous proposal. So yea, Democrats believe more in democracy, though modern republicans are infected by collectivism also. It comes down to collectivism. IMO.

You can try, good luck to you.

I've heard all I need to know myself. Just take a look at the news comment sections at statements democrats make about Justin Amash or Kerry Bentivolio.

They don't care about the NDAA. They don't care about the patriot act. They don't care about the drug war. They hardly care about the foreign wars.

They don't care about anything, but their social welfare. You stand against their welfare they will accept anybody and anything, so long as they promise to bring them handout programs.
All the rest is a bunch of damned feelgood ass rhetoric. Put in someone with their supposed views on the issues they'll spit in his face.

And yes I speak in broad generalization, I don't care not to because the majority of those referred toward prove it with who they vote for. I recognize the minority.

They don't care about the NDAA. They don't care about the patriot act. They don't care about the drug war. They hardly care about the foreign wars.

The pathetic cult driven morons pretended to care about that stuff when Bush was President.

Of course, as history shows, most of them really didn't care about the actual issues, just about the dissent.

Now that their jug eared lying grinning POS is calling the shots (literally institutionalizing most of that which "they" claimed to care about) most of them are fully on board.

It is beyond embarrassing at this point. We are witnessing the complete breakdown of our government thanks to soulless self absorbed uninformed jackasses. Worse than that, they have sold out their children's future.

Glenn Greenwald sums part of it up really well here:

Repulsive progressive hypocrisy
A new poll shows deep support among liberals for the very Bush/Cheney policies they once pretended to despise

"During the Bush years, Guantanamo was the core symbol of right-wing radicalism and what was back then referred to as the “assault on American values and the shredding of our Constitution”: so much so then when Barack Obama ran for President, he featured these issues not as a secondary but as a central plank in his campaign. But now that there is a Democrat in office presiding over Guantanamo and these other polices — rather than a big, bad, scary Republican — all of that has changed, as a new Washington Post/ABC News poll today demonstrates:

The sharpest edges of President Obama’s counterterrorism policy, including the use of drone aircraft to kill suspected terrorists abroad and keeping open the military prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, have broad public support, including from the left wing of the Democratic Party...(MORE)

The two party system hasn't failed at all.

It has been wildly successful. Just like the Drug war.

Larry McDonald, D-GA, was Ron Paul's mentor

if Ron Paul, with exactly the same voting record but as a Democrat, had run against Obama he would have carried many states (WV, AR, OK and others)

and if Romney wins our only hope in 2016 is with a Liberty Dem

Democrats' politic is about making one group of people hating another. Liberty is about individualism and the non aggression principle thereby making the democratic platform and philosophy incompatible with human freedom. Progressive leftist modern liberalism is socialism with a smile.
