View Full Version : Agreement Among Public Officials to Violate the Law

The U.S. Government is prohibiting certain prisoners from contacting the “media”. The practice violates the First Amendment, but U.S. District Judge Raner Collins, in disregard of the law and for no legitimate reason, has upheld the sweeping gag order. Arizona Governor Janice Brewer is refusing to enforce Arizona code which prohibits such unconstitutional gag orders. The victims are not only the prisoners, but also the press and the public. Taxpayers are being denied their right to know how their money is being spent (and it is being misspent). Prisoners appealing their cases are being denied their right to a truly “public” trial. The government is perpetrating Cruel and Unusual Punishment, including murder, and covering it up.

Government personnel are intentionally and knowingly causing death, with premeditation. Some of the victims are still living, but they are doomed, on account of the government’s actions. The victim’s are prisoners, but in a facility with no locks, and they have the ability to walk out into the surrounding community.

What motivation do these victims have to respect the lives of any American voter or taxpayer? Are the voters and taxpayers not ultimately responsible for these murders? If the victims follow in the steps of McVeigh and Loughner, will you complain, or will you see justice?

I believe that new members can not post links till they have a certain # of posts. To prevent SPAM.
Where is the story from?
And the headline? Google search can help folks find it.

Where is the story from?
From documents prepared by Donald Biard MacGuineas, including references to evidence. Donald MacGuineas is one of the victims, and he's also Maya MacGuineas's brother. Maya MacGuineas (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maya_MacGuineas) has been mentioned in several threads on this forum (search the forums for 'MacGuineas'), for her economic opinions.

Just from what I saw on a quick look,, it is another FOR PROFIT Prison system.
I am convinced and have posted evidence before that this is an incredibly bad Idea.

Though I haven't even gone all the way through this yet. I expect more of the same.

Prison-for-profit is one aspect of this story, but another aspect is Arizona Governor Janice Brewer's wanton refusal to enforce an Arizona law which is supposed to protect prisoners from exactly this sort of mistreatment: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1adWP5JCT-gqYoAXy8_EIVJwfwqp0nMkRMoqyr8rgdqc/edit

Another aspect is the DOJ's refusal to prosecute a clear case of perjury committed by one of their own: http://better-dead-than-fed.tumblr.com/post/28277313857/doj-agent-gives-false-testimony-in-court

And another aspect is the non-profit ACLU's failure to respond to this information: http://better-dead-than-fed.tumblr.com/post/28212519416/open-letter-to-the-aclu
