From what I've read, it's going to be picked by a district committee. Only the voting members of each County GOP will be eligible to vote for a nominee.

It's almost like... being involved in the local GOP... can help elect liberty candidates...

Yea, the easiest positions to win...sometimes all it takes is filling out one form and doing nothing else since so many people run unopposed...
