I'm sure someone has thought of this (although I could only find one post specific to it ), so I apologize if it has been slammed before.
Seems to me that to generate more hits to the Tea Party site, if everyone (yeah, thats hyperbole) would sign up for a free account to promote just one web site (teaparty07) at one of the traffic exchanges (Trafficswarm, etc.) we could easily generate more traffic to the site.
One can argue the conversion rate of any of these hits generated in this way, but who cares?! We need to get the site in front of people's eyes. Any salesman will tell you that rarely will anyone bite on something the first time they see or hear it. They need to be re-exposed over and over. Salesman usually don't close their own presentation, but someone else's. That's why numbers are so important.
If we had 1000 ads out there showing up on peoples screens everyday, who knows what may happen.
