His budget on his web site balances in three years without cutting social security or medicare or veteran's benefits and while medical programs would still need to be worked on generally to move the market back into medical prices and bring them down, you'd be starting from a balanced budget three years out. NO one else does this because it requires cutting corporatism across the board.
