there is no spot for 'no, I have that right already and the Constitution merely acknowledges it'. What they are after in this instance is whether only 'state militias' have that right.

First, that poll has been around forever - since 2007 if the URL is any indication. And a 'No' option does appear for me.

As our intelligence agencies have been manipulating the press forever, how can there exist such a thing as a smart poll? We should ignore polls. We should make issue of how they are utilized by the intelligence agencies to manipulate the people by way of reverse marketing and other devious ploys.
