It will be a real tragedy for the American people when Ron's last term is over. No other member of Congress will ever pursue the Fed with such tenacity.

That wasn't the question. There is NO Constitutional PERMISSION for the Fed to even exist, and COINING of money is in Congress under the Constitution.
