Excuse my ignorance, but what does this mean?

It means the pinnacle of decadence, the exact opposite of Tahrir Square. The opposite of the Arab Spring is the Fall of Republicanism.

FLUX: There you have the meaning you are looking for. In the organic form, men have horns, they are just invisible, but they have horns. Philosophically, the picture tells you the larger story. We may have a Constitution but we may not be constitutionally bound anymore. Ron Paul may be the last stance, who knows, but once Ron Paul is gone, we may enter a state of flux from which who knows what will emerge.
