I just went to a French restaurant for their Bastille Day special and they served steak tartare (raw uncooked beef) with raw quail egg over it, as well as raw clams and milk. I am highly surprised this place is not closed. :eek: There is a Japanese restaurant nearby that serves raw chicken egg over the sashimi. This is in California by the the way. The tartare was very good actually.
