Nebraska GOP Hires Extra Security to Stop the Ron Paul Revolution
Thursday, 12 July 2012
Written by Joe Wolverton, II

Jordan McGrain, the executive director of the Nebraska Republican Party, informed the Nebraska Watchdog that party leaders have contracted with a private security company to keep a check on any attempt by Paul backers to disrupt the selection of delegates to the national convention.

“We’re just not going to tolerate any disruptions,” McGrain said. “This is not going to be a free-for-all.”

disrupt the selection of delegates to the national convention.

They shouldn't be worried. The cost of their extra security will be wasted because Ron Paul told his supporters not to be disruptive. I suspect there might be some disruptive people who are not Ron Paul supporters there who will try to appear as being Ron Paul supporters so as to make us look bad.

They consider any lawful, rule-abiding attempts to win the chair and then the delegate slots as "disruptive".

I thought they backed off on the extra security?

Maybe in the media but I wouldnt trust that statement AT ALL. There will be extra security and they won't play nice if it appears the Paul contingent is winning.
