As many of us have seen, some years ago one of RP's aids, a worker on his news letter penned an article that was overtly racist in nature. Unfortunatly, this was attributed to the good doctor. Ron Paul wasn't aware that these words were written because he was out of town at the time and hadn't reviewed the article. It was too late. It went out in circulation and many people of color got rightfully offended.
The further we get into this campaign, the more about this unfortunate chain of events we will have to answer to in defense of a good and honest man.

I have compiled a couple of articles that Ron Paul has written on the matter of racism for you to use in his defense.
Hopefully with a collective effort we can thwart these undeserved claims about our candidate.

If the government were operating within it's Constitutional limits and looked at everyone as individuals and not groups, you would not hear a thing about racism or sexism whether orginal or reversed.

I'm glad I didn't use that analogy because I would've looked pretty stupid. lol

These allegations are nonsense, and the omission of the true story is painfully obvious. However, it would be wise for everyone in Ron Paul Meet-ups to be prepared to answer these charges with researched answers, because our enemies will do their best to spread this garbage.

What's a racist? I get the impression that the word means either "asshole" belonging to a different race (usually white), "sinner", "someone who believes in and practices freedom of association" or "I have no counter-argument, so I'll just smear you, instead".

Racism can mean just about anything these days. It does'nt matter what the definition is/ What matters is when you're accused of it by some one of a particular group and now you have to defend yourself.
Its like how do you defend against the charge of rape or child molestation even if you're completely innicent? The charge itself is nearly enough to ruin your life or ruin your campaign.

We need to be prepared thought in my opinion, there is no preparation against the corrupt Democrat machine of we ever get to the point where we're campaigning against Hillary, Obama, Edwards or Gore.

I say, lets diffuse it now.

When accused of rape you can defend yourself precisely because the referent for the word is more or less agreed on.
