After trashing our Oregon peeps in this article, the right side, down a bit has a poll of which Republican should run for governor. Currently winning, just above 'someone else' is Alley, the guy who we understand told the insiders to run off with the ballots at the Oregon convention, amongst other things. Personally, 'someone else' looks like the best choice to me, and is currently in second place.

If someone from Oregon wants us to vote for someone else, let us know, Robinson is in there, too.

What about voting for Art Robinson? I thought he was one of ours? Looks like he was endorsed by RP in 2010.

I did ask about that, I wasn't sure. He wasn't near close in the poll, and I didn't want Alley leading, but I would rather we vote for whomever we actually want.

I think I'm going to start a new meme:

RON PAUL 2013!

(after either Romney and his VP gets impeached, or Obama gets deported and Joe Biden can't find the Whitehouse)

Yeah, Art Robinson would be the one we'd actually want, although "someone else" leading is better than Alley.

Funny, that's the website that decided not to publish that great article about what happened at the conventions. I guess now we know why. Luckily the Oregonian did.

A better question to pose:

Is the entrenched establishment GOP sabotaging the nation, its constitution and its people? And does it do so by continuing to anoint fake conservatives, flip-flopping politicians and finger-in-the-wind candidates totally devoid of anything remotely resembling commitment to principle?

When that question is answered - and answered honestly - any quibbling over semantics or the exact meaning and verbiage of Rule 38 will seem trivial indeed.
