(Did someone just take himself out of the VP pool? LOL)

In a brief slip of the tongue while discussing the Supreme Court’s health-care ruling, Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal invoked the term “Obomney’’ care, a phrase that does Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney no favors.

Two Republican governors, Mr. Jindal and Bob McDonnell of Virginia, held a conference call Friday morning with reporters in which they talked about the fallout from the ruling upholding President Barack Obama’s health-care overhaul.

“There’s only one candidate, Gov. Romney, who has committed that he will repeal the Obomney, uh, the Obamacare tax increase,’’ Mr. Jindal said.

Oops.

I don't believe the GOP really wants Romney as their candidate. This slip is just another example that proves it.

The issue could be a problem for Romney since ObamaCare was based on what Romney did. But by calling it a "tax", the Supreme Court gives him an angle to attack it from.

Been some interesting polls on it. They show a majority oppose ObamaCare but when asked about individual provisions of the act the majority are in favor of those.
