It will be something else insurance related. Probably "disaster insurance" where those in Michigan pay for Hurricane damage in Florida, those in Utah help out California after the big one, and people in North Dakota will bail out homeowners that were uninsured in Colorado during fire season.

Houses. If you can't afford it, there will be some sort of penalty anyway. Also, I suspect there will be a tax to pay for the prison cell you will eventually be thrown in.

How about the current bubble?

Education? It's already being subsidized. The government keeps encouraging people to get more of it. And people keep going into debt to get it.

The parallels to health care are already there. And since "everyone benefits from an educated society", they can easily sell it as being for the national good.

It's not a purchase! It's a tax for not being responsible for yourself in the way that they determine is best for you and the country.

Soon, a tax for those who have not served in the military?

Wickard v Philburn

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wickard_v._Filburn

Wickard v. Filburn, 317 U.S. 111 (1942), was a United States Supreme Court decision that recognized the power of the federal government to regulate economic activity.

A farmer, Roscoe Filburn, was growing wheat for on-farm consumption. The U.S. government had established limits on wheat production based on acreage owned by a farmer, in order to drive up wheat prices during the Great Depression, and Filburn was growing more than the limits permitted. Filburn was ordered to destroy his crops and pay a fine, even though he was producing the excess wheat for his own use and had no intention of selling it.

The Supreme Court interpreted the United States Constitution's Commerce Clause under Article 1 Section 8, which permits the United States Congress "To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes". The Court decided that Filburn's wheat growing activities reduced the amount of wheat he would buy for chicken feed on the open market, and because wheat was traded nationally, Filburn's production of more wheat than he was allotted was affecting interstate commerce. Thus, Filburn's production could be regulated by the federal government.

They have been forcing us to buy stuff for decades. They tax us and they buy it for us is all. Things like weapons to wage war on everybody and everything are what they buy, and they buy those things for two reasons. The first reason is to give the military industrial complex a job and the second is to force their will on the rest of the planet.

Since the healthcare system will be bloated with more people, they will somehow force fatties to eat healthier. They will do this by LIMITING our choices, rather than forcing us to buy something.

Have you noticed how fast the prices on meat are going up? Obviously they don't want us to eat meat. I suspect they will force everybody to eat less, by making it too expensive to eat very much.

Hopefully a tank. I'm going to need a damn good excuse for my wife to allow me to park one in the driveway. A government mandate may do the trick!
