BREAKING --- Kennedy wanted to strike the entire act, according to SCOTUSBlog: “In our view, the entire Act before us is invalid in its entirety.”

When push came to shove (no wiggle room in the text of the Constitution), Kennedy has made the right call more often than not.

There was rumblings from those close to Kennedy that he was adamant on persevering through his health problems to insure that Obama could not name his replacement. So I think he's always been on the side of what was right.

Too bad Obama might get another term, since it would be hard for many people against the mandate to vote for Obama's clone, the one who first implemented the model for Obamacare.
