The controlled economy is all systems go for the EPA. (http://www.businessweek.com/news/2012-06-26/epa-greenhouse-gas-rules-upheld-by-u-dot-s-dot-appeals-court)

CO2 is the new tax and control vehicle. Yet another department helping itself to your money and liberty. I'm sure the Republicans will somehow try to gut this power with legislation, and or funding cuts, but if they don't, the EPA has the potential to make the TSA look good.

BTW Romney is a ex-green fellow traveler, which is yet another Obama-isim and a potential ace in the EPA's hole in their desire to regulate the economy.

What gets me is that the "Judges" accepted the Global coolers/warmers/climate changers/sustainable developers propaganda and assumed the science "settled"...political judges and political scientist-ism working in full corrupted fashion.

The EPA is the back door, dirty end of the fascist march to centralize all production decisions.

A three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington ruled today that the EPA properly concluded that greenhouse gases are pollutants that endanger human health and that opponents don’t have the legal right to challenge rules determining when states and industries must comply with regulations curtailing emissions of them.
[...]
In today’s ruling, the judges said the EPA had “substantial record evidence” that greenhouse gases probably caused the climate to warm over the past several decades.

“In the end, petitioners are asking us to re-weigh the scientific evidence before EPA and reach our own conclusion,” the panel wrote in its 82-page opinion. “This is not our role.”
[...]
In 2007, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the EPA had authority to regulate greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide and methane under the Clean Air Act if the agency declared them a public danger. The EPA issued an endangerment finding in December 2009, clearing the way for regulation of emissions from power plants, factories and other sources linked to global climate change.

Throughout today’s ruling, the judges refer to the Supreme Court decision in rejecting the challengers’ arguments that the EPA rules, which have been in effect since January 2011, are unlawful.

It's as if all that climategate fraud never happened.

We should outlaw talking to people face to face because of all the toxic CO2 coming out of my mouth and right in your face. Kissing should be banned too.

The bigger they are, the harder (and hopefully faster!) they fall.

take heart from the knowledge that ultimately this criminal enterprise will attain such bloated size and scope that its own survival will no longer be possible, and it will implode, as the Soviet Union and other similarly overreaching politico-economic orders have imploded. Governments that grow and grow ultimately find that their predation becomes greater than their prey can support, at which point such predators are doomed (http://blog.independent.org/2009/11/02/can-the-rampaging-leviathan-be-stopped-or-slowed/). Thus, the present system of government in this country and many others contains the seeds of its own destruction, even if those of us who abhor it cannot stop or slow its continued growth in the near term.

And everyone knows it is all baloney as long as they keep the most green plant known to humankind (industrial hemp) illegal to grow. Who do they think they are kidding?
