Hilarious! Take note when you go to the grocery store or Mao-Mart the next time. Walk down the candy isle and notice all the "we accept food stamps" or "SNAP Benefits".

Wow.

Incidentally, foodstamps don't help you "eat right." Most of the people who are on them for the long haul are not good with their money, and will generally just go on a spending spree for the cheapest/fastest stuff they can get at the store. The farm stand accepts EBT cards, and after some discussion with the owner, it turns out he pretty much did it to help out one family that is temporarily down on their luck and wound up using the cards. He said no one else comes there to use them. Why would they? Fresh produce?!? Why would you buy that when you can buy frozen chicken nuggets and boxed macaroni product!

Forget all your worries, Obama and Big sister will take care of you...

All part of a bigger strategy:

The agenda of these globalist elites is fairly simple. Everything they do comes back to money and power. Everything we see happening is part of a plan to attain that goal.

For example:

- Partner with or subvert governments to put everything in their favor.
- Globalism allows for a greater pool of persons/resources/economies to exploit.
- Some governments aren't friendly enough to their manipulations. Globalism and wars will take care of the the resistors.
- Immigration allows them to move cheap labor around the globe.
- Nations must be dismantled and absorbed for this global agenda. Immigration also helps to achieve this. This is the point of the OP. Immigration and multiculturalism is a method of destroying a national identity. This globalist doesn't only want immigration of cheap labor, he wants it to be multicultural. Break down the nations.
- Put as many of the "native" population as possible on government welfare, to pacify, placate and numb them.

Through wars or through manipulation, they want to dismantle all of the nations and create a one world government that they control, that is in their favor, that allows them maximum profits from the production of others.

Snickers really satisfies ......... HaHa!

I don't see why they bother, because they can buy ANYTHING that is "food" with that card, except for "pre cooked" stuff(like the wal-mart deli).

I saw these two 375-400lb+ female sloths whizzing around in their electronic shopping carts, TOWING- a shopping cart apiece behind them, through the store(it is the South!).

What was in the shopping cart, you ask? I shit you not:

At least 20 CASES of diet coke and diet mellow yellow or mountain dew.

AT least 30-45 boxes of random ho-ho's, twinkies, etc.

GALLONS of breyers ice cream.

One lady already broke out a box of twinkies and a COUPLE of diet cokes, and DESTROYED that hapless twinkie in one short burst sucking chewing swallowing motion, and the TWO mini bottles of diet coke went down in a quicker, louder manner. Mrs. Coastie was horrified, while coastie was bitching that we both left our phones in the car, so no pics.

Sorry for the decriptiveness, I had to paint the picture. Anyway, they pulled their trains into two separate aisles, and low and behold, I spot snap cards in both their hands.......because their disabled, I'm sure.;)

Coincidence that the voices are almost certainly black women? Sounds like targeted advertising to keep minorities dependant on the gov't and voting accordingly.

The Amazing and Healthy Food Stamp Diet (http://www.lewrockwell.com/blog/lewrw/archives/114408.html)

This is one of those things that make you think: real or satire? I've checked around, and everything I come up with seems to point to the fact that this ad really is a product of the federal government. If anyone finds anything different, let me know. This isn't just a promotion of the welfare state; in fact, it is much more. It is an endorsement of the federal government's grain-laden food pyramid, as well as the corporate state, corn-and-sugar, processed-food empire.

Based on your description of the people involved, it's very possible that they would be consuming all of that. The other option (based on those quantities), is that the products are going to be resold or traded. Wasn't there a thread about a woman who was putting full sodas into a recycling machine just to get the money?

They WERE consuming all of that-some of it before they even got out of the damn store! I doubt there's a snowball's chance in hell those several boxes of twinkies survived the drive back to the apt in the ghetto (these ladies were white, for those that actually gives a shit about such things).

Hmmm, I haven't heard of the bartering and re-selling thing... I remember back when I was in high school (18 yrs ago), food stamps were actually paper "currency", and you could only buy certain things with it, which is why I made sure I never ate lunch or dinner at friend's houses in the ghetto...They had to buy the NASTIEST cheapest stuff, only. Nowadays, they can get whatever they want, so long as its not cooked.

I was at a gas station standing behind a girl with her arms FULL of gas station junk food and sodas. she dropped it all on the counter and pulled out her snap card. the attendant politely said, we don't accept those. The girl lashed out "I can't believe this store doesn't take my card. You know some people need help? I'll just go somewhere that will take my card!" She then walked out and left everything on the counter. After she left everyone in the store agreed how we were glad they didn't take snap cards because their wasn't anything we felt people on snap cards should be buying in the store.

Just about all of the convenience stores do 'round here. I'm in the exact scenario you describe nearly everyday(nicotine addiction:rolleyes: and my ice maker doesn't work, plus gas), minus the people without snap cards....everyone seems to have them down here, and I'm always behind the woman(or man) who:
1. pays cash for gas
2. then pays for their sodas, chips, donuts and candy bars with snap
3. then buys $40 worth of scratch-off and lotto/powerball tickets, also with cash.

There's actually a set of several of these types, not necessarily snap users, per say-but- they spend a LOT of money on scratch-offs/lotto/powerball. They'll literally sit there all day on and off and buy the whole roll out. Then, they either win big and take off to Biloxi, MS or Atmore, AL to give it all to the casinos, or you don't see them around again until the 1st and the 15th.;)

We're all in big, BIG trouble in the near future.

ETA: I forgot to mention-there's also a cash withdrawal option on these cards, where almost everyone qualifies for, too. So ALL of the above is paid for by SNAP. :) OBAMA 2012!!!!

AMERICA! FUCK YEAH!

AMERICA! FUCK YEAH! About 4 mles from my family farm is a Marathon Station with a Subway in it, I rarely go in there because the gas is quite a bit higher than the station a few blocks down the road , but I was in there one day recently and I noticed on the door there was a sign that they do not accept the cards , I thought it unusual because I do not remember seeing it before ,I thought good , (cheapest grocery in town is right across the street)

It depends on the State, but in California, they put both cash and food aid money on the same EBT card. For instance, the aid for children will be a cash amount, with no restrictions. That can be used to buy smokes, booze and lottery tickets. The card will also have the food only amount on it, and in California that now includes many restaurants (hot food).

I like my racist "Unkie-Granpaw" ad, they're missing out on a huge white trash demographic by only going after black people--we can air it on "new" country stations. If we could incorporate "King of the Hill" voice actors, that'd be even better.

PETERBOROUGH — Jackie R. Whiton of Antrim had been a six-year employee at the Big Apple convenience store in Peterborough until a single transaction sent her job up in smoke.
The store clerk was fired after she refused to take a customer’s Electronic Balance Transfer card to pay for cigarettes.
Whiton said a young man came in to the store to buy two packs or cigarettes on May 29. When she asked him for his ID, he handed her his EBT card.
EBT cards are used for both food and cash assistance programs. There are two types of cards: one can only be used for food. The other can be spent on anything and used just like a debit card.
Whiton said she did not think EBT cards could be used to purchase cigarettes and refused to sell to him. The two “had a little go-around” as the line got longer behind him, said Whiton.
“I made the statement, ‘do you think myself, that lady and that gentlemen should pay for your cigarettes?’ and he responded ‘yes,’ ” Whiton said.

They probably bought the nastiest stuff... one item at a time. For people that did not really have high-level math skills, those I saw actually using the foodstamps knew some very interesting things. The first thing you know is that something that's just over the dollar border is your best bet. This used to be mac & cheese at $1.05. You could pay for it with your foodstamps: $2 in foodstamps, which would yield $.95 in change, and you also got your mac & cheese. Now, you would think that you need a gallon of milk. Not so fast! The small bottles were $1.03. You get in line again, you buy this, and you get $.97 and your milk. You buy the half-pack of butter at $1.09 and get $0.91 back. Keep doing this, and suddenly you are getting almost half of your foodstamps "cashed." You could also sell them, of course, which was big business. The bottom line was they were eating the nastiest, cheapest stuff and keeping the change :p
