No, he is not. Hayek was not a radical libertarian and Constitution of Liberty in particular was not Hayek's most splendid triumph.

This is one reason you should always be questioning yourself: Am I radical enough? Or am I being an inconsistent, waffling muddle-head? Hayek made good contributions to economics, but he was not so good as far as political philosophy. And he was no Mises.
