Nope; but if you want to download it and convert it do this:
1) Go to this site: http://www.youtubecatcher.com/
2) Enter the URL of the video you want to download: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DKZmIzEMUN8
3) Download the .flv-file.
4) Convert the .flv-file using Super.
You can download Super (it's freeware) here:
http://www.erightsoft.info/GetFile.php?SUPERsetup.exe
Needless to say, but youtube-quality isn't very good so always try to get an original version. I don't think eLiberty released a downloadable version though.

You can get a codec for media player that will allow it to play flv files.
