Senator Coburn presented an amendment that would:
To reduce funding for the market access program and to prohibit the use of funds for reality television shows, wine tastings, animal spa products, and cat or dog food.
Unfortunately, 69 senators felt that spending money on cat and dog food, spa products, wine tasting was acceptable. Here are the names of these senators:

I am optimistic that he will when , he will need huge majorites in the rural counties , but I believe it will happen.
Good for the 69 Senators. When I buy a fine wine or purchase cat food, I need to know that Olympia Snowe and Richard Lugar have personally checked it out. Without money going towards this, chaos would rule the day.
