These radio ads are going to run locally on a Christian radio station, hence the homeschooling and faith topics.

Please take a listen and then help us if you can at our chip-in. The chip-in ends tomorrow: http://foxvalleywisconsin.chipin.com/ron-paul-radio-ad-campaignoperation-wake-up-wisconsin-christians

These ads are available to anyone that wants to use them at this site:
http://www.alcpac.com/spots_radio.html

We'll be making more ads before our January air time and those will be made available for use as well.

Thanks so much!

Those are great! Too bad you can't make 60 sec. ones instead? The disclaimer on the end takes up like 1/3 the air time, if it was double the length it would therefor only take up 1/6th if you catch my drift... but still great none the less, thank you for your hard work! I'll chip in!

I'm really not digging the music. It's way, way too somber.

Woah- the gun one sounds kinda militant... I was expecting it to say that guns in the hands of law abiding citizens - not just in the hands of criminals who obtain them illegally... blah blah blah.

Yeah, they could have a little more of a hopeful sounding music in the background, no?

Other than that - awesome~!

Actually I like the music... has a very "strong" presenting sound to it.

Max Donors, these people could use some support to get their ChipIn complete.

In my opinion, the gun rights one needs some major work. I do not feel comfortable donating to this, with this ad in its present form.

Seriously, the gun ad sounds like it's being run by some cooky militia with an underground compound off in the woods somewhere.

I like the gun rights ad. It's HONEST about the 2nd Amendment.

It could be done differently, but that may not be an option at this point.

I agree with what's being said about the gun ad and I think the education ads could be changed some. Ron Paul doesn't just believe in home schooling and I think the idea of home schooling turns a lot of people off. I love the music and the narrator's voice but just think those that I mentioned could use some fine tuning.

The Gun ad would scare your average sheeple and they will tune off. I like the radio ads some what. But I thought your tv ads were outstanding. The radio ones should be 1 min.IMO

Just listened to the gun one haha, it is a bit much. I think the message is technically correct, however it is pitched the wrong way.

It should say something like the 2nd ammendment is a right bestowed upon us to defend ourselves when the government is incapable of doing it for us and to prevent oppression and tyranny from our government. In a time with such volatility worldwide and increasingly incompetent government that we can no long trust to be there for us, our rights to bear arms need to be protected now more then ever. Or something along those lines.

I second that.

I think your assumption is wrong.. people in my area like homeschooling.

Deeles, I have a question for you. If I buy airtime myself and run my own ad on the radio all I have to do is ad the disclaimer at the end that I paid for it, right? Is there anything illegal about that? Isn't it terrifying and absurd that a person feels he has to ask if it's legal to do this? Would somebody please tell me how this works. Thank you.

They will all have some more work... this was our first session in the studio. I just really wanted to get something out here so people would believe that there were radio ads lol.

The gun rights won't be played on the Christian station, needless to say. We have several more that aren't uploaded to the ALCPAC site yet.

Right, and homeschooling is quite big amongst the Christian base. That and the fact that the official campaign site has a spot about homeschooling.

I've also found Home-schooler's to be highly networked with each other. Bring in a couple and they will bring their friends.
