Yes, well....This (http://www.thrivemovement.com/model-brief-eliminate-corporate-rights-by-celdf-2) is where they ought to be focusing their attention if it's conscience yer fudging with. It's a human phenomenon, you know. Need to be of, by and for genuine, living, breathing people. Not manufactured elements that hijack the terms of controversy and spin relevance six ways from Tuesday.

I didn't see anything on "when" this might be in court (considered by the judge). Anyone hear anything on a date?

I doubt there will be a date until all defendants are served.

they can start the process with defendents named or just named 'doe 1 doe 2' etc, to be served later. They will each have a chance to respond as served, but it doesn't necesarily hold up the whole case.

Some of the news reports I have seen do not think there is time to get this to a hearing before the convention.......

I don't believe that is true. A temporary restraining order can be obtained on 10 day notice if you can show probablility of winning and irredeemable harm. But this is on a longer fuse. However, if a court DOESN'T WANT to hear it, they certainly have the discretion to do all sorts of stuff.
