Would be nice to hear some.

Sailingaway said (if I remember correctly) that the Romney campaign chair in LA doesn't remember his "endorsement" for the legitimate delegates. Is there any news on this?

It will be settled in Tampa.

This, but the good news is that later media, like first media, has been treating it as a given so people will be surprised if Ron doesn't get it. That will mean media will watch, and if they try to shaft Ron we can get our videos of what happened airplay.

Someone at the DP has just posted that LAGOP has submitted their slate:
http://www.dailypaul.com/246508/louisiana-paulers-left-out-to-dry-by-the-state-party

In June, the 2012 Louisiana Republican State Convention met in Shreveport and elected 30 delegates to the Republican National Convention. Thirteen delegate positions were left vacant to be filled by a vote of the state party’s Executive Committee. The slots were left open in order to facilitate talks with Ron Paul supporters who refused to participate in the state convention.

Since the state convention concluded, Ron Paul suspended his presidential campaign and no compromise could be reached with his Louisiana supporters, who still insist on having a majority of the delegates as part of any negotiations. Paul supporters also filed suit against the party challenging its right to bind delegates according to the results of the Louisiana Presidential Preference Primary, in which Congressman Paul received 5% of the vote.

Unable to reach an agreement, the Executive Committee filled the vacancies in the delegation with supporters of Mitt Romney and certified the official list with the RNC.

more:

WASHINGTON - On the eve of Saturday's deadline, the Louisiana Republican Party Friday afternoon certified with the Republican National Committee its slate of delegates to the party's national convention in Tampa, filling slots that backers of Ron Paul won in the caucuses with supporters of Mitt Romney. Ron Paul's Louisiana campaign filed their own delegate slate with the RNC after the party's state convention in Shreveport devolved into two separate conventions, with the Paul forces electing a delegation with a Paul majority, and the state party choosing a slate that left vacant 13 spaces for Paul delegates chosen in the caucus if an agreement could be worked out with supporters of the Texas congressman.

So, if I get this correctly,
The LAGOP continued invalidly to select delegates and left 13 spots for Paul supporters so they could negotiate with them to accept the spots so at to legitimize the invalid caucus? But, the Paul supporters stuck to their guns with the result of the valid caucus that they held?

My understanding was that CHALLENGES had to be filed by yesterday or today. I sure hope we filed ours, whether or not they filed theirs.

Theirs was without reasonable question invalid. The 'new rules' that would have changed everything were contrary to RNC rules that no big changes be made, and were also never ratified. The majority ousted their self appointed chair and elected a slate. Their 'minority', regardless of how cute the rules that never went into effect were, is not relevant.
