The SC suffers the malady of FDR’s mobacracy,
For he abhorred an impartial judiciary,
Prior to his tyranny—SC appointments were bi-partisan,
It was a different time—most Honored the Constitution.
But the father of US fascist-socialism,
Instigated a trend of fedgov despotism,
When the SC ruled against the Raw Deal
The tyrant tried to make 15 SC Justices real.
For Democrats—the law cannot be objective,
The law must be how they feel—subjective.
From that era henceforth—it’s been all down-hill,
For fascist-socialism—is the mob’s primal thrill!
