I can't believe that 26% actually are ok with letting drones patrol highways, and issuing speeding tickets.

Easy, its reads you are doing above the posted limit, then a few days later in the mail is a ticket along with a link of a video of your car speeding. Pretty much a flying red light camera for speeding. Which is unconstitutional of course.
