Ron Paul Worldwide: Translate Ron Paul Speeches Into Foreign Languages Project

Saw this post at Daily Paul and thought it was a great idea.

Would it be possible for those of us who know foreign languages to translate Ron Paul's speeches so people in other countries can understand? I don't know how it would be done, but it would be awesome if we could translate his popular speeches and interviews that are on Youtube. Maybe those of us who know a given language can Skype to someone with video making capabilities or somehow record an in sync audio file and send it to someone who can make the video/s? Native bi-lingual speakers would be great.

We might want to tap into what has already been done, I've seen a number of his speeches on youtube with subtitles. I wouldn't know how to pull them up just by themselves, though.
