So, here we are four years later, getting the blessing of at least one of the Paul's that are in politics (so far), Romney (and his lawyers) are the "presumptive" GOP nominee.
And who is one of his legal advisers, one of the people presumably telling him that he has a constitutional green light to invade Iran?
Robert Bork.
For some of you youngsters, research the name.
But here is a small snippet of what he thinks of the Bill of Rights:
Bork has denounced what he calls the "NRA view" of the Second Amendment, something he describes as the "belief that the constitution guarantees a right to Teflon-coated bullets." Instead, he has argued that the Second Amendment merely guarantees a right to participate in a government militia.
