It's nice to think about. Romney won't be winning in November, though, even if Jesus Christ was the VP. I feel like the campaign is working awefully hard to try to build unity but they seem to be forgetting that most of us aren't interested.

what if there are some 50 to 100 FED audits, belt tightening at the pentagon, a balanced budget approach
and the paying down of our debt to China as the GOP platform is the most favorable one in seventy years

If Ron is the VP... Ron should know that they got a snowball's chance in beating Obama. Even less of a chance with Rand as VP.

Ron or Rand won't have much influence over Romney... at best, VP is a good educational tool. You get to talk on TV to tens of millions of Americans and people around the world. Romney wuold be more worried about his banker and elite friends. What would happen if Romney started to disobey his handlers? It won't be pretty.

Who would Romney listen to MORE, a VP Rand Paul (with whom he disagrees on everything) OR his close adviser Chertoff (his buddy & also the buddy of Romney's friend of 37 years Netanyahu)?

Mitt Romney has invested a DECADE writing articles about why America needs MORE martial law (to protect us from Muslims), the virtues of torture, why we need to spend almost a TRILLION dollars a year MORE on the Pentagon and why imperialism is good. Romney OWNS a share of all of China's spy centers and was the godfather of the spy centers in the U.S. too.

Chertoff's agenda and Romney's agenda have ALWAYS been identical. I've NEVER heard a WHIMPER of anything anti-interventionist come out of Romney's mouth. Op-eds and videos can be found all over the web of Romney spouting war sentiment.

Romney has to become President before he can have a VP.

He has to become the GOP nominee before he can become President.

The GOP has to beat a pretty damning lawsuit before they can make Romney the nominee.

Not happening for him, imho.

Maybe they can play "Mama I'm coming home" when he returns to Massachusetts doing the walk of shame after Ron Paul gets the nomination, just before the RICO trial starts up. Then Romney can enjoy listening to all the Ozzy he wants for a few months before going to Federal prison.

They don't need our votes to win, just like they didn't need them to win the primaries. They got diebold and corrupt vote counters to give them the win. With the major banks backing Romney, Obama might be let go. I thought they would use him longer, but maybe they won't. Romney has a shot only because we the people don't really have a say in who wins in November.
