He is just happy to say that we will have a Ron Paul economy whether with him or without him, except without him the suffering will cause the despair of millions. And desperation will cause thousands to find relief by committing some form of wrongful doing. And wrongful doing behavior is what people learn from each other in the environments they build for themselves. So Dr. Paul simply says that the future will be filled with wrongful doing.
