Asked for my Social Security number.

I declined to give it to him. WHY would he need that?

Because he'll need to send you a 1099 at the end of the year, and you'll need to pay taxes on you winnings.

No. As a business, he is *legally* obligated to report to the IRS any payments of over $600 he makes, and also to keep records of all payments.

The only solution to this problem is to elect RON PAUL as president.

You don't fill it out, you send it to the IRS. They keep one and send it and they also send you one to submit with your tax return.
