Herford was arrested by off duty officers providing security, after a spokesperson with Shreveport police says he refused to exit the building.

but the video DOES show our guy, a harmless guy, obviously apprehensive at his treatment, being shoved to the floor. They cut off the sound of him yelling in pain as his new, prosthetic hip hit the floor, though.

Yes, it does. And I hope he wins the lawsuit. I'm seriously disgusted at off duty police being hired for security thinking they have a rights that others do not. When hired as security, who do they represent? Are they hired by the temp chair (in various cases)? Like in Alaska, they (establishment?) rented the building and paid the insurance therefore only someone that is supposed to be speaking on behalf of the whoever can be chair? What? Like, do they not know what "tastey wheat" really taskes like and maybe they got it wrong and it's not and we do know and aren't falling for it?
