Hah, their argument is because it would damage party unity. Kinda surprised to see this article on huffpo.

I don't understand why party unity is so important to them if it's so clear that the Republican Party doesn't need 'libertarians'.

its very evident Romney doesnt have the full enthusiastic support of the GOP or his own supporters. he is doing nothing other than holding up the election process and will cause chaos in tampa. Romney must realize this. if he doesnt then he needs to listen to his few supporters and the small crowds he draws compared to others who are still running.

i think that if Mitt Romney loves america and really cares for the political party of the republicans, then he must drop out now and concede the race to ron paul who has more support and can easily out draw Romney each and every time. this makes it obvious even to me.

Huffpost editors need to eat buckshot.

The HuffPo is pure propaganda. I don't know why so many in RPF take that POS media seriously. They are Socialists. Socialism is evil and anti-human. Besides, isn't the HuffPo having major issues and going under?

As someone else pointed out, the article contradicts itself at least once.
