I have been out of the loop due to hospitalization. Fox just reported Ron Paul has 131 delegates, coming in lasr behind frothy and noooot? Is this right?

Simply put, NO! Nobody will know the actual numbers until the convention. Some people on did put some fairly good tabulations on the forum, just do a search.

No, it is the idiot AP count which is outright propoganda and has been having to be revised every time actual state results come in.

AP count has Newt at 131, Paul at 119. They haven't counted Louisiana, Washington, Iowa, Virginia, Michigan, etc.

They're gonna wait as long as they can get away with it before they put Ron above Newt. Seemed like they really didn't want to put him over 100

I don't think it's correct, they seem to be awarding voted delegates while some delegates that Ron Paul "won" are legally bound to vote for Romney on the first round. I sent them an e-mail to clarify and will post their response here.

An article on Yahoo claims that Romney has mathematically clinched the nomination. Not sure if this is true.
